Executive Assistant

At SuperGaming, we are building India's best gaming company. We have been building games for 5 years and our games have over 200 million installs across the globe. We recently raised a Series A and are growing fast. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our founders. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls and responding to emails
• Manage founders' calendars and set up meetings and appointments
• Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes
• Research on various topics and prepare reports or presentations as required
• Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and plan logistics when required
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Experience & Skills required:

• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
• Bachelors degree in any stream
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Bonus points if you enjoy playing games
