Executive Assistant

Partnering with our Chief Growth Officer, this is an amazing opportunity for someone keen to roll up their sleeves and support an executive, alongside the growth of Immutable. You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity, have bias for action and be a natural problem solver, with open and clear communication.

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities for our Chief Growth Officer, designed to ensure they can stay focused on company strategy, planning and growth objectives.

In this newly created role within the business, solving an immediate need and becoming a partner to our executive team. Growth at Immutable for every individual is possible, presenting endless opportunities for you in future to move into different departments and develop your skills.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Calendar management for our Chief Growth Officer and coordination with other executives, setting up internal, external and video meetings and coordination across multiple time-zones.
• Be the key point of communication between Chief Growth Officer and stakeholders across the business or external stakeholders.
• Email inbox management and managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build efficiency and responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
• Manage priority lists on a daily basis
• Build presentations, and documents for meetings and pitches
• Attend meetings, agenda creation and minute taking. Ensure meeting takeaways are delegated to relevant people and action points have been completed by the relevant team members.
• Manage and coordinate events and off-sites with internal or external stakeholders.
• Manage travel and accommodation. Invoice and expense management.
