Executive Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Serve as central point of contact for Executives as needed, including answering the phone, screening calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to voice mail.
- Screen, organize and prioritize internal/external correspondence for the Executive Team (phone, deliver mail, etc) and prepare responses as appropriate.
- Support General Counsel with organization and handling of documents and other business materials.
- Assist with event planning and execution and other special projects as needed.
- Perform reasonable personal or ancillary tasks and shopping for the Executive Team.
- Cover Receptionist breaks, time-off, etc.
- Create and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
- Own and maintain overall office appearance.
- Take minutes for any requested meeting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personnel matters.
Requirements:
- Natural comfort and spirit in a dynamic, lively and fun office environment.
- 3 plus years of progressively responsible admin or executive assistant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in common Windows PC desktop functions and tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive and self-driven with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy.
- Display trustworthiness and discretion required to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and documents.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly motivated with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism in performance and results.
- Even temperament with the ability to stay composed even in stressful situations.
- Must be a Notary or be willing to become a Notary.
- Prior experience in any entertainment, media or video game related industry a plus, but not required.
- Love of video games is a huge plus!
