We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Pixel United, this role will be based from our Las Vegas office.
Highly organized and self-motivated, you will be detail oriented and take pride in your work. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should have great time management skills, be able to work autonomously and be confident building positive relationships across the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for various members of our leadership team
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage calendars and arrange meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Keep track of daily expenses and prepare monthly expense reports
- Format information for internal and external communication: memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetings
- Liaise with other staff members on behalf of the leadership team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for C-level executives
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Willing to travel across the world regularly and at short notice
- Flexibility to work across global time zones
