Executive Assistant II - Production, Dev Studios Holding

The Executive Assistant reporting to the SVP, Head of Development Studios, will play a critical role supporting our success. This role will partner with the other Executive Assistants and Chiefs of Staff to ensure that we are streamlining activities within the organization based on the priorities of the Head of Development Studios and the Operations Group as whole. We exist to meet and help support critical business objectives in the Games Group. The Executive Assistant will also handle the day-to-day management of complex work-flows, including but not limited to: Relationship management, schedule oversight, internal communications, logistical planning for meetings and off-sites, heavy calendaring and coordination of travel, essential business matters and strategic initiatives; crafting necessary communications to both internal and external key stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Development Studios; and proactively identifying situations that could impact the successful execution of the Head of Development Studios commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Be a gatekeeper and partner with other Rioters to handle communication flow between teams; donning white gloves to handle sensitive info, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data accuracy
• Develop a deep understanding of the Leadership team’s priorities and commitments in order to enable productivity on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Experience having absolute discretion when dealing with highly sensitive information
• Organizational agility with executive & business acumen
• Strong sense of initiative and drive to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Results/action oriented with effective project management & organizational skills

Desired Qualifications:

• B.A or B.A degree preferred
• Google Suite experience

(Los Angeles only) Base hourly range between $47.12 USD - $66.35 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
