Role Overview:
PlayStation is looking for an engaging and highly organised Executive Assistant, to support a dynamic HR & Marketing team. This 9-12 month fixed-term contract to support both the VP of HR and the Senior Director of Market Liaison/Opportunity Market West. You will provide full administration support and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the teams.
Having successfully supported PlayStation during the recent global initiatives, as well as the successful launch of PS5, this is a great opportunity to get stuck in and make a difference during on-going globalisation of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will work with professionalism and confidentiality, utilising their excellent organisation and communication skills to support 3 Director’s diaries, as well as the agile nature of remote/flexible working.
What you’ll be doing:
- To deliver a full EA support to the VP HR and Snr Dir, Liaison West team
- To provide full administration support to the HR and/or Liaison West team on an adhoc basis
- To assist with 3 x Directors’ Diaries and liaise with internal/external personnel regarding setting up of appointments.
- Reserve meeting rooms and any necessary equipment/refreshments/lunches that are required for meetings
- Preparing agendas, management/team meeting reports and meeting minutes
- To organise meetings for HR/Liaison West including negotiation and management of external suppliers where required
- Organise extensive and complex travel programmes including flights/hotels/itineraries for the teams
- Processing expense reports
- Send/receive deliveries
- Responsible for purchasing merch for incentives/gifting
- Dealing with facilities & IT issues
- Raising Purchase Order’s for external suppliers, goods receipting and making sure suppliers are paid on time, raise purchase orders for department contractors, logging invoices and processing them through Finance.
- Full event and project management for the SIE HR & Liaison West teams. Including sourcing and fully managing external event agencies, were applicable, to deliver various team and business events, on time and within budget.
- Work with Facilities team for any floor moves/new starters
- Be discreet and diligent with access to highly confidential and sensitive information

REQUIRED
- Previous experience as an EA – this is crucial
- Events experience
- Office coordination experience
DESIRED
- Knowledge of/interest in video games industry
