The CXS Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level, confidential executive support for multiple global leaders. This role will require the candidate to work closely with other administrators to support the Global Customer Experience (CX) leadership team and collaborate across customer success, product, sales, strategy, and operations groups. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be extremely organized, pay exceptional attention to detail, and be able to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment, using discretion with limited supervision.What You'll Do
- Overall support to ensure operational excellence for the Global Customer Experience leadership team
- Interpersonal skills to support working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Prioritize requests and concerns addressed to CXS leadership; determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Manage extremely active calendars and ensure executive team is prepped in advance of meetings
- Schedule meetings & conference calls, prepare agendas and attend meetings as needed to record minutes & actions
- Manage a variety of special projects and prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters quickly, proactively, and follow through to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel and itineraries
- Prepare expense reports in a timely manner while ensuring compliance to company policy
- Compile, analyze and prepare general reports and presentations
- Work collaboratively with team of executive assistants to support company meetings and special events
- Communicate clearly and professionally; both verbally and in writing
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Desire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Associates Degree or equivalent work related experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting executive level professionals
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs)
- Proven track record of managing multiple leaders
