Overview
We are looking for an Executive Administrator to provide administrative support and manage communication, scheduling and organizational initiatives for senior leadership. This EA will work out of our Lisbon office and support local office operations in a hybrid working environment.
About The Role
- Work directly with Fortis Leadership and employees to coordinate scheduling and communication across global teams and organizations
- Support our Lisbon team through daily management of office events, resources and operations
- Provide detailed calendar management, expense tracking, meeting plan management and all other executive support functions
- Partner closely with internal and external clients and stakeholders to align schedules to business needs
- Serve as a liaison between senior executive leadership, internal teams and external parties
- Ensure organizational and scheduling changes are successfully managed and communicated
- Identify areas of opportunity where Fortis tools, frameworks, and systems can be improved, or admin channels can be implemented
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- A demonstrated ability to work with a broad and diverse team of senior level executives
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of globally remote teams
- Excitement for building strong cross-functional relationships across teams and organizations
- Willingness to work in person in our Lisbon office to support operations several days per week
