Evil Mojo - Associate Producer

Hi-Rez Studios is looking to hire a talented Associate Producer to work on Paladins at our Evil Mojo studio in Alpharetta, Georgia.

What our Associate Producers do:

• Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship;
• Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines;
• Create and update schedules and tasks utilizing estimates and time tracking;Identify and remove roadblocks;
• Keep team motivated and focused on goals, milestones, and quality;
• Provide informed decisions with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation;
• Relay asset-creation costs to monetization points of contact; and
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables.

Who we are looking for:

• College degree with 2 or more years of game industry production experience
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite (spreadsheets, docs, slides), and Microsoft Office
• Previous outsource production management or pipeline experience
• A team player who is flexible, adaptive, and seen as a problem-solver
• Maintains a positive, proactive work ethic
• Eagerly tackles new projects and challenges in pursuit of career growth

Preferred candidats have:

• Web-based / digital media content experience
• Experience working with game assets, 3D models, Rigging, FX, and Animation
