Events Manager

Mythical’s External Communications Team is responsible for communicating our company’s news, product updates, and more with our external audiences. We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Events Manager to play a major role in our events strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of conference sponsorships, tradeshows and standalone events
- that support wider communications strategy and amplify our brand strategy, including but not
limited to Comic-Con, SXSW, E3, NFT NYC, etc. (both virtual and in-person) - Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, staff management, booth design and production and
budgets and SWAG - Gather and track ROI and engagement analytics; deliver pre- and post-event reports
- Serve as day-to-day contact for external vendors/agencies and liaison to director of
communications - Expand reach of events by coordinating with internal marketing and communications team
partners to tie in pre-event promotion, off-site activations, etc.
Requirements - 3+ years experience working on events in entertainment, video games and/or technology
industries - Experienced in communicating with vendors, talent representatives, agencies and production
partners - Ability to formulate and manage an event budget
- Excellent collaborative skills, attention to detail and clear communication style
Nice to Have:
- Experience with web3/crypto community events
