What’s the job?
As our Events Executive you’ll support the team to find and organise gaming industry events and opportunities.

What you will really be doing
- Research industry events and opportunities and make recommendations to the Events Manager.
- Work with the Admin team to book travel and accommodation for attendees of events.
- Work with the Brand Marketing and Admin team to design and purchase merchandise.
- Support the Events Manager with planning attendance and sponsorship at external events for the Mobile Publishing, Recruitment teams, and the PC & Console team when there are cross-overs.
- Support the Events Manager with planning and completing Kwalee-run events.
- Contribute to reporting on results from events activity.
- Assist with the delivery of webinars, workshops and challenges.
- Assist with the development and delivery of new initiatives within the Mobile Publishing and Recruitment teams.

- You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
- You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
- You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you will get it. We even have a robot!
Team
Our talented team is our signature. We have a highly creative atmosphere with more than 200 staff where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute daily to important decisions. You’ll work within an extremely experienced, passionate and diverse team, including David Darling and the creator of the Micro Machines video games.
Skills and Requirement
- Experience with organising events
- Passion for the mobile gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Organisation skills and the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively.
- Problem solving skills and a can-do creative mindset.
- Experience and knowledge of using Spreadsheets and Project Management Software, for example, Jira, Monday.
