What you will do:

· Deliver seamless solution to secure unforgettable experience in every and each touch point from candidate to employee lifecycle

· Responsible for the engagement survey and use the result to feedback to above solutions

· Lead to design and deliver internal community event and activity, such as teambuilding, anniversaries, celebrations as well as festival parties, etc., to remain the high engagement level through the organization

· Be a culture shaper ensuring people initiatives, solutions and programs as “Ubisoft flavor”

· Be key member of People App Project and be the future product champion to drive app maintenance and upgrade

· Continually evaluate and challenge the effectiveness of HR programs and solutions, and take initiative to remain the high-touch of experience creation.

Qualifications

What you should be equipped with:

· People centric mind-set

· Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong sensibility from details which lead to efficiently troubleshoot

· Flexible approach but always stick to the objective

· Project management skills with the ability to multi-task.

· 3+ years' experience as human resources generalist is preferred

· Dedicated and enthusiastic – dare to make mistake and lead initiatives
