Event Coordination Trainee

Job Description

You are not only an avid fan of game, but also eager learner and practitioner to create “wow” moment for the best game makers of Ubisoft Shanghai Studio.

You are, as member of events co-creation team, will majorly support all employee relevant events, through dedicated designing, well execution as well as feedback obtaining.

You will have opportunity to have closer look on the AAA game company and witness the growth together with yours too!

Responsibilities

§ Join brainstorming meeting to co-create new ideas for various events, such as teambuilding, anniversaries, celebrations as well as festival parties, etc.

§ Support event preparation, on-site execution, information collection, coordination which including payment process and connection with agencies, etc.

§ Assist in improving the activity feedback mechanism

§ Deliver on spot photographing and video shooting per needed

§ Support graphic design, e.g. poster, graph, etc. (depending on skill level)

§ Other tasks assigned in terms of employee experience improvement

Qualifications

§ Creative and “can do” attitude. Like people (not only games!)

§ Leadership experience in your university student organization will be a plus

§ Adobe PS, AI skills will be a plus

§ Can commit at least 6 months of internship duration
