Joining the IT department's Communication team, you will be responsible for promoting the identity and vision of the Tech teams within Ubisoft.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Strategy: You establish Ubisoft IT's event communication strategy to enhance the identity and vision of Ubisoft IT teams.
- Creation: You design original and relevant events adapted to Ubisoft IT's challenges and culture (example of events: meetings between members of the IT Management Committee, expertise sharing summits, etc.).
- Organization: You prepare, organize, coordinate and follow all the steps of the event creation and logistics process.
- Project management: For each of your interventions, you are in charge of collecting needs and training the brief, creating a clear and shared planning, monitoring the budget, monitoring success indicators.
- Service provider relationship: If necessary, you supervise the relationship with the external service providers or stakeholders solicited on your projects.
- Expertise: You are the event referent within the team, and ensure the sharing and adoption of best practices within the Ubisoft IT Communication team.
- Monitoring: You keep yourself informed of the latest innovations in terms of communication, especially in the video game sector, and identify opportunities for internal application
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in communication or relevant experience from a business school;
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in event communication.
- You have a strong Leadership skills, you have the ability to work in collaboration with several teams and in a transversal way.
- You have already had experience in project management.
- You speak fluent English and French.
- You are able to multi-task, to adapt and challenge yourself.
- You are very creative, curious, open-minded, rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented.
- You have excellent oral & written communication skills.
