Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Experience: Help maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and accurately reflect the roles.
• Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
