PUBG Corp is looking for a LATAM Esports League Ops Manager who will be part of PUBG’s LATAM team, based in São Paulo . The LATAM Esports League Ops Manager will be a key player in creating and defining the PUBG esports ecosystem in LATAM and elevating PUBG esports to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Draft a yearly schedule of regional competitions for LATAM
- Draft and enforce regulations, policies, and rules to be applied in regional competitions
- Create a regional event strategy and design all aspects of regionals events including format, schedule, location, and seeding structure
- Evaluate bids from third-party organizers and select partners for outsourcing regional event production and operation
- Set up evaluation criteria and processes to review and approve event proposals from third-parties and brands
- Supervise event logistics, including collection and handling of eligibility forms, team contracts, and player documentation with all third-party partners
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in esports/sports league operations
- Passion for both video games (PUBG in particular) and sports
- Deep knowledge of esports
Bonus points
- JD degree and/or a background in legal profession
- Background in traditional sports organization
