Job Description

On its path to transforming its approach to events & esports, Ubisoft EMEA is looking for a wizard events manager. She/he will be the lead coordinator on some of the most exciting esports events ever created.

More specifically, his/her missions will be the following:

- Define and optimize the strategy around each event for the EMEA region

- Define the tools for events management

- Lead the organization of esports events in Europe and APAC from their inception up until the post-mortem:

- Manage the relationship with our partners and agencies

- Help local Ubisoft teams to develop their strategy for the events

- Support the Marketing & BD team Business Development

- Support the Comms team

Qualifications

- A master of organization and thoroughness

- Project Management

- Events

- Creativity

- Understanding of events’ KPIs

- Microsoft Office

- Experience in Sports/Entertainment industries mandatory

- Knowledge of esports is a boon

- Fluent in English

- Diplomacy

- Natural leader

- Self-starter

- Team player

- Resiliency
