Esports Content Operations Associate (12 months contract)

As a Content Operations specialist, you will support execution of esports content’s creation, promotions, campaigns and projects. The word ‘support’ encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. This includes content trafficking, oversight of localisation pipeline, processes creation and reviews for the team and external partners to help us operate at max performance each day. As a member of the content team you’ll exercise your organizational skills around various production products.

As a Rioter in Berlin, you’ll join a tight-knit group of exceptionally bright-minded individuals who share esports passion, reject convention and prioritize player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operations support - oversight of: content trafficking, localisation pipeline, process creation and retrospectives, maintenance of tools and assets, vendor management and invoice processing
• Production support - planning and support in execution of content shoots around both photography and video content

Required Qualifications:

• Y ou have 2+ years of related experience or deep knowledge of operations space
• You understand esports fandom, terminology, culture and its trend
• Y ou are able to convert a large amount of information into a clear message and utilize it in communications with your colleagues and teams
• Y ou enjoy brainstorming improvement ideas and encourage discussion of alternative and unconventional approaches
• Y ou're a highly-motivated independent thinker who's quick to identify improvement areas and comes with a plan in mind

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with using collaboration and project management tools,
• Experience in agency and vendor management,
• Keen creative eye and ability to formulate crystal clear feedback
• Ability to write clear process guidelines in a collaborative manner
