Job Description

Manage the key relationships with local Southeast Asian team / agency / partners and Ubisoft eSport teams

In close contact with eSport teams, your will participate in the creation (in conjunction with the selected local agency / partner) of the eSport strategy for our games : event hosting, project management, community management and marketing mix

Coordinate the project with our partners and be the EMEA HQ key contact on this topic

Be responsible for the communication and the quality of the competitive scene on local events

Be the key contact on diverse problematic regarding management and administration of the local league

Collect every week all the information about problems with broadcast and administration

Coordinate broadcast (stream, moderation, platform management) with local partner

Shaping statistics and consolidating them for report

Prepare final and seasonal post-mortem

Be the support and consulting for the implementation of local competitions

Coordinate the project with key external partners and other territories' eSport Managers to increase the power of the acquisition campaigns and share best practices

Monitor closely the ROI of the implemented strategy with precise follow-up of the game metrics


Graduated from a business school or university

Degree level and/or equivalent Professional qualification in project management or marketing

At least 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing, project management or eSport

Demonstrate knowledge of performance metrics, marketing tactics and eSport

Project management skills, particularly skilled at managing deliverables from diverse, cross-functional team in an international environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An achievement orientated individual who is "hungry" for a career in marketing and is willing to work hard for that end

Will fit into a team environment and be able to work with people both within, and outside of, the company
