About the role
Embark on a new journey! Enterprise Tools PMO Analyst role now available.
Your role will focus on working closely with the Development Managers, PMO & IT as well as other interconnected, cross-functional teams & Guilds within Amber (Business Intelligence, Marketing, QA) and ensuring that the project requirements and requests are met on time and with quality.
The Quest:
- Support and coordinate with the Atlassian Team Consultants, the Atlassian System Administrator & Development Managers on creating, configuring and maintaining various project/space needs.
- Offer hands-on support and expertise in the designing & configuration phases for the Amber Confluence structure.
- Work with the DM Guild Leader, PMO & IT to configure and monitor the complete Atlassian projects infrastructure.
- Offer hands-on support and expertise in setting new Amber standards.
- Offer hands-on support and expertise in Jira & Confluence project configuration requests from Development Managers.
- Maintain the current platforms in a healthy and clean state by performing regular health checks.
- Offer training & support sessions to Project Administrator roles
- Ticket management in Freshdesk.
- Install & manage & configure 3rd party applications (Jira & Confluence).
- Create and maintain documentation & change logs on decisions, changes & configurations (both platforms).
- Manage user groups (Jira & Confluence).
- Offer best practice solutions & expertise to solving problems.
The Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience of administering Jira Projects & Confluence Spaces/Pages (Server, Data Center, Cloud).
- Experience in working with Software/IT projects, initiatives, process timelines and reporting.
- Experience in working in Agile environments and with Agile teams. (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, Lean).
- Experience in the Gaming industry is a plus.
- Specialized Certifications are a plus.
- Strong Jira & Confluence administration skills.
- Confluence Editor skills.
- Ability to analyze a range of complex data and inform on decisions based on analytical findings.
- Strong analytical, and communication skills.
- Systems thinking (understanding/creating complex systems/architectures.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively work in a multinational global team.
- Manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Understanding of the SDLC and Agile Development processes within Production Software Teams/ business units.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
