Working Hours: You will work EST (Maryland) hours

Your primary responsibility includes helping troubleshoot and solve issues via live chat or email to help a player who might be having trouble with their in-game experience or profile.

**This position will be 100% remote**

What you'll be doing

• Helping with software and hardware issues, using our in-house tools to help customers solve in-game issues.
• Working in a teamwork structure to make sure we are solving the issues quickly and correctly.
• Multitasking between multiple chat windows but being able to craft responses using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Identifying any patterns in the problems and escalating for bug examinations.
• Identifying, correcting, or advising on issues in customer computer systems or consoles.
• Assisting customers with application installations and updates; configurations; general network troubleshooting.

Requirements

What are we looking for

• An internet speed minimum of 10 Mb/s download internationally.
• A minimum of 4 GB RAM memory.
• Your computer should run at least a 64-bit version of Windows 8 or newer or a recently released version of macOS.
• An i5 processor (2,4 GHz or faster), or better/ similar, max. 3 years old.
• A screen with at least a 1080p Full HD display. External monitors are acceptable.
• Mobile or tablet device with at least Android 9 or iOS 15 or newer
• Your own Webcam, Headset and Laptop/PC.
• Your own separate and private working area with comfortable table and chair.
