Job Description
Join the Communication team and help write creative and engaging copy used across the studio’s internal and global communication. As a Copywriter, you’ll be involved in much of the day-to-day writing and editing of content — as well as helping to craft messaging for a range of projects, from internal studio-spanning initiatives to communication beats for the next mainline game in The Witcher series!
From press releases and ad copy to internal PR blasts, interviews, trailer & audio description scripts, and much more, your work will cover a diverse range of topics each with their own goals, requirements, and communication puzzles to solve. As part of the Communication team, you’ll collaborate with an agile team of professionals where you’ll have a chance to develop your voice, shape how we talk about our games, and leave your mark on how CD PROJEKT RED communicates with players around the world.

Daily Responsibilities
- Participating in the Communication team’s daily effort to deliver best-in-class, clean, and to-the-point messaging.
- Writing, iterating, and delivering publishable copy across a wide range of projects and topics.
- Proofreading, offering feedback to colleagues, and fine-editing copy from across the studio to meet internal house style standards.
- Ensuring accessible communication standards are met, including writing alt text for social media.
- Creating / participating in the creation of communication materials across all Studio IPs and projects.
Qualifications
- Native command of English / C2 level English for non-native speakers.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education in English studies, editing, professional / creative writing, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of games and video-gaming trends.
- Strong editorial skills.
- Very good communication skills.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of PR, marketing communication, and social media.
- Experience with SEO and / or data-driven writing.
- Strong written Polish skills.
- Experience / knowledge of LLMs (large language models), including prompting techniques.
