4 to 6 years working experience as electronic technician, Gaming hardware experience preferred, Must be good to handle Electronics circuits, parts, safely and carry out the required upgrades to firmware as and when required; Computer basic knowledge is required,What You'll Do
- Ability to assemble/disassemble gaming hardware in assigned time frame at various locations without supervision
- Hands with Linux operating system
- Fault finding basic issues with gaming hardware and report to Engineers.
- Component level replacement of parts of the gaming hardware.
- Assembly of looms cables as per information provided.
- Familiarity with basic commands to manage device IP configuration and provide on call support.
- Working with requirements of Workplace safety protocols.
- Self-motivation, confident in handling electrical/electronic hardware.
- Responsible, trustworthy and reliable – must protect our IP
What We're Looking For
- Assembling and testing the new designed Gaming hardware and gaming machines.
- Installing different accessories on the Gaming hardware.
- Manage BAU Activities those are assigned by team.
- Installing Gaming hardware, peripherals, accessories in office or remote user’s place.
- Making/Testing/Installation of various looms and harnesses.
- Fixing the users Issues at office or user’s place.
- Firmware upgrade as per requirements.
- Assist in safely managing the gaming parts stock count and advice reorder to the team
- On call support to remote users in case required
- Manage the workload a per the priority assigned.
