We are seeking an experienced Engine Systems Engineer to assist in the development of our proprietary engine for our project. In this role, you will build, improve, and optimize foundational engine technologies and capabilities that will be leveraged by the entirety of the development team.

We need help with
- Developing a broad array of core engine systems.
- Collaborating with content creators and gameplay teams to learn and understand their needs.
- Mentoring other engineers in coding and engine system development.
What you are good at
- Understanding game content pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with core engine technologies such as streaming, multithreading, engine architecture, and APIs.
- Performance analysis and code optimization.
- Writing fluent C++ code with advanced knowledge of both historical patterns and modern language features.
- Math, with a strong proficiency in linear algebra and trigonometry.
- Shipping games on multiple platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Extra awesome points for
- B.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience working with or contributing to in-house engine development.
- Familiarity with visual scripting languages such as Blueprint or Kismet
