About Shared Technology Group (STG)

Our Shared Technology Group is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining our in-house engine Cobra. They also serve as a group of domain experts to advise game teams on technical problems, best practice and use of Cobra for their games.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an engine networking programmer to join our highly talented and experienced engine programming team.

You will help to create, develop, and maintain the networking systems of our Cobra engine, with an initial focus on our upcoming Warhammer: Age of Sigmar (AoS) RTS.

Cobra plays a huge part in our future success and enables our game teams to realise their creative visions. Your passion for engine technology will be pivotal to delivering the quality that we strive for in all our games.

Experience working on previous online multiplayer games will be vital to success in this role as being able to pre-empt and debug real-world networking issues is a top priority for the project.
