Engine Licensing Manager / Evangelist

Epic Games Korea is looking for a license manager/evangelist. The candidate will be responsible for planning and driving of new unreal engine customer, especially in small & medium size customers. The measures of success are not mainly based on achieved revenue but quantified customer engagement, client satisfaction levels, and contribution to overall license business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active pipeline of targeted sales volume or no. of developers to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new customers and partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Perform outbound contact to new customers to evangelize Unreal engine.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Unreal Engine.
- Convert customer problems into sales opportunities.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- * Must have a technology background. Experience of using UE4 / other game engine is a plus.
- * Working proactively with timely based, measurable, result-oriented goal settings.
- * Minimum 3 - 5 years proven track record of the gaming industry. Strong understanding of game industry & technologies.
- * Ability to build and maintain good business relationships. Creative problem-solving approach. Working with minimum supervision.
- * Excellent communication and presentations skills.
- * Must love games and game developers.
- * Fluent English and Korean communication skills
