Employment and Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Preparing employment documentation e.g. contracts, contract amendments and any other HR related documents
- Conducting personal administration and payroll processes Payroll advisory, especially ensuring compliance of HR policies with the Polish labor law
- Coordinating the compensation and benefits administration as well as payroll process
- Managing work hours and overtime based on the company time and attendance policy
- Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Responsible for labor law and safety provision compliance & administration, in close cooperation with external providers of legal services and advisors
- Coordinating and supporting the HR team in the whole process of hiring expat employees or contractors
- Developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures to provide administrative support for HR projects
- Managing payroll related data (e.g. transfer, overtime, holidays, delegation, salary change)
- Close cooperation with HR team, Finance Director and organizational management team
- Answering employees' and contractors questions on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience on independent position in HR and payroll administration
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law
- Good practical experience with MS Excel
- Fluent in Polish and communicative knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Very good communication, organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills and a “never give” up attitude
