My name is Ada and I have the pleasure of running all things marketing at PixelAnt Games. And I’m looking for Senior/Regular Employer Branding & Marketing Specialist to join me on the quest of spreading the word about PAG throughout the world.
What will you actually be doing?
- You’ll be supporting PixelAnt Games’ growth and development by:
- Focusing on external and internal employer branding projects and activities
- Boosting PixelAnt Games brand awareness through external EB projects, which you will be initiating, planning, running, and advertising
- Implementing our EB strategy into our social media channels (and other digital platforms) – plan social media calendar, do the writing, engage team members and support them in creating expert and employer branding content, publish the content and manage it
- Managing external communication that highlights who we are and how it is to be part of the team
- Taking ownership of all external, internal, and charity events - whenever there’s an event to be planned and executed, you’re our go-to person
- Working with external partners and providers on all sorts of deliverables: from creating digital ads to ordering branded clothes and gadgets – and not just “make it”, but make it stand out :)
This role is for you if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, external employer branding/recruitment marketing (it’s a must)
- Hands-on experience in event planning, budgeting, and organizing
- Great planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
- Been managing end-to-end marketing projects – from idea, to plan, to execution

- An engaged, self-driven, and reliable self-starter
- Ready to take on various tasks from the entire marketing spectrum
- Able to set priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Open to receiving feedback
- A gamer and/or worked in the game development industry
