About the Role

Creating compelling and authentic employee stories is essential to the success of our employer brand. We are looking for our first ever Employer Brand Specialist to bring our stories to life through an inclusive lens.

As Brand Specialist, you will build and maintain our external-facing brand in partnership with our Employer Brand leader (who you will also report to ). Our Employer Brand team is small, but mighty, so you will most likely wear many hats .

Your primary focus (~60% of your time) will be to build our storytelling strategy online, partnering across the business to identify those stories, big and small, that make Twitch, Twitch.

You will also focus on developing our brand presence at large-scale events, like Grace Hopper Celebration, AfroTech, and Lesbians Who Tech. We attend these events to celebrate diversity in our industry and build relationships with attendees. You will be responsible for crafting our presence through the lens of our brand.
