Employer Brand Manager

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Employer Branding Star to join our EB team in Guildford or remote. You will create and execute talent attraction and employer branding activities to bring our culture to life and attract, retain and inspire employees.

What will you do?

• Help to shape our employer branding strategy in the UK, USA, Australia and APAC. Build the image of Wargaming in these regions further
• Measure the results of our EB initiatives and make data-driven decisions about future activities
• Contribute to our Talent Acquisition strategy by offering local initiatives to find the right talent
• Position Wargaming as a great place to work for the employees and for the external candidates
• Researching the talent market to find relevant target groups as well as helping local recruitment managers to identify the talent personas
• Find the best candidate channels and sources
• Work with LinkedIn, Glassdoor and TalentHub to give feedback to people, analyze the gaps and implement improvements
• Host events, meetups, and work with professional communities
• Work closely with the global EB team, product marketing managers, TA and HR team
• Create appealing job descriptions based on A/B testing and market trends to attract top talent
• Grow the talent pool with top notch candidates through talent community and recruiting events
• Work with contractors, external creative agencies, negotiating price tags

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, communications, PR, or similar
• Previous professional experience in branding/digital marketing/communications
• Experience in managing career pages and implementing brand strategies
• Experience managing social media channels and analyzing performance
• Fluency in English. Chinese/Japanese/Korean will be a benefit
• Ready for occasional business trips
• Creative thinker and strong collaborator
• Passionate about sourcing and telling stories that will inspire and engage our future employees
• You have business acumen, you are a crazy proactive person full of ideas, with a positive attitude, you get things done no matter what
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders
• Understanding of the tech landscape (job market), ideally a passionate gamer
• You are an open-minded person, you have a friendly and authentic personality, you enjoy building connections with multicultural and dynamic teams
• You thrive in a fast-paced working environment and always ready to creatively tackle the next challenge
