Employee Experience SpecialistSummary
We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist for a hands-on role supporting the Employee Experience team in the execution of people initiatives in the Talent, L&OD, Talent Acquisition, DEI and Employee Events functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the leads of each of these areas and providing administrative support for their programs from design through to execution.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support administrative tasks in the follow functions:
- Talent & Capability
- Works with Director Talent & Capability to support all training programs from planning, logistics, facilitation and execution
- Employee Experience
- Works with SR Manager Employee Experience supporting the planning and execution of employee events globally
- Talent Acquisition
- Partners with Director TA and College Programs Manager to support our College programs recruiting, program logistics, reporting analysis
- DEI
- Continue to partner with the Corporate DEI team and support major initiatives such as Aristocrat Together and ensure Gaming is aligned with required DEI metrics/initiatives
- Run and analyze reports for VP Employee Experience, analyze the data and be able to build a presentation to tell the story
- Support additional P&C projects as needed
- Reports to Vice President Employee Experience, Global Gaming
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, experience in or knowledge of people & culture disciplines
- Must possess intermediate-advanced data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe
- Must possess ability to pivot quickly to different tasks in different functions and deliver on simultaneous timelines
- Works independently to develop concepts, processes, solutions and execution strategies
- Excellent and proven project management skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM)
