We’re on the hunt for an Employee Experience & Ops Specialist to join our People team! On the operational side, you’ll wield your organizational powers to keep our office running like magical clockwork. Overseeing daily operations, you’ll manage orders, supplies, vendor alliances, invoicing, and expense reports, ensuring our space is as efficient and seamless as it is enchanting.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Forge a coherent and creative employee experience strategy that spans the entire employee life cycle.
- Command vendor identification, branding, timelines, logistics, and all that brings our vision to life.
- Manage and track employee attendance in alignment with company policies.
- Oversee the employee expense reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Rule over the Cibus accounts, managing them with precision and care.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for every team member.
- Oversee all aspects of daily office operations, including managing orders, supplies, vendor alliances, invoicing, parking, and travel arrangements.
- Tend to the office Rainbow Unicorn, keeping it well-fed, content, and ever-magical.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in welfare or operations roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Experience managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Proven experience managing budgets.
- Hands-on experience in overseeing all day-to-day office operations.
- Proactive and responsible, with a can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Experience in tending to mythical beasts - a plus!
