Employee Experience Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

This person supports the employee experience in every way. They will assist and support both our Austin and Galway offices to keep the schedule on track, the logistics organized, and the trains running on time. The team’s mission is to improve the quality of life for our employees enjoy at work by making sure employees have what they need to succeed. Why? This role is part of EA’s Customer Experience organization. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We’re players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us.

The Employee Experience Coordinator will work with multiple teams across Customer Experience—and the rest of EA—including call centre Team Managers, Facilities, Workforce Management, Finance, and Outreach. A typical day might see this person organizing catering for meetings or events, scheduling programs, managing purchases and budget reconciliation of office equipment and other supplies, booking travel arrangements, hosting site tours, updating seating charts, and organizing local training sessions.

So how does an Employee Experience Coordinator make great experiences for employees? They:

  • Coordinate the logistics of events, programs, and meetings
  • Communicate and send invites about events and activities
  • Coordinate with the Employee Experience Advocates to best support their programs and initiatives
  • Organize site visits including sending invites and managing setup, advisor shadowing, catering, swag, happy hours, and anything else the team might need · manage swag ordering and inventory for multiple programs in both locations
  • Ensure our facilities look their best by working with the Facilities team and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Support our teams by managing the corporate purchasing card, making purchases, doing budget reconciliation, arranging catering orders and events for teams, and making sure teams have what they need to succeed
  • Managing the administration of our Cheers recognition program - bi-weekly uploads, basic slide creation, running the rewards pop-up show, shipping rewards to our global team, etc.
  • Maintain local communication channels, including interdepartmental distribution lists
  • Assist teams with travel payments and arrangements
  • Host tours of the site

If you’re interested in this role, you’ll need these skills and experiences:

  • Stellar organizational skills – someone who goes above and beyond to make the google sheets, organize the meetings to a T, and not let the ball drop
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - great written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain your composure and ability to deliver in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Experience planning and executing great events and meetings
  • Experience managing budgets and inventories
