Job Summary:

Be part of a company that celebrates creativity and innovation to provide positive gaming experience for all players, the Employee Communications and Experience Director will lead employee communications and engagement strategy at Ubisoft Shanghai around company’s visions, culture and value, while amplifying what makes Ubisoft a great place to work.

This role will be part of HR and Internal Communications team reporting to Human Resources Director. As a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, you will collaborate with key functional business leaders, as well as with regional and global colleagues in HR, communications, and marketing, to drive impactful communications that inspire employees and nurture Ubisoft’s culture.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and oversee internal communications plans to foster a clear understanding of corporate goals, mission, culture, organizational structures, and vision of senior leadership.

· Act as strategic thought partner to support senior leadership in the development and delivery of leadership communications. Identify key audience, communications channels, timing and talking points, lead the creation of related content through emails, presentations, speeches, video and more, organize internal events such as townhall events, live streaming for studio update to help employees constantly being informed, inspired, and engaged.

· Develop internal communications strategy to support people strategy, strengthen employee engagement and keep employee connected. Lead communications of critical HR initiatives.

· Partner with HR functional teams to define the most effective and engaging internal communications tactics for delivering key messages, communicate consistently on topics impacting the employee experience at Ubisoft, ranging from Code of Conduct, HR policies, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance attributes, workplace experience.

· Be a champion for Ubisoft’s employee value propositions, partner with HR and corporate communications colleagues, create effective communications campaigns and innovative activities to promote Ubisoft as an employer of choice.

· Drive initiatives to make every touchpoint throughout the employee lifecycle a meaningful moment. Ensure the employee experience is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with our values throughout the employee lifecycle and via all internal communications events, onsite and offsite activities.

· Iterate on onboarding program to ensure seamless connectedness and integration of new hires into company culture.

· Identify opportunities and create channels to encourage listening and feedback across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic way. Lead the annual employee engagement survey.

· Promote inclusion and diversity to champion employee experience outcomes.

· Act as a coach to business leaders, advise on internal communications and employee engagement best practice to positively influence communications within the company.

· Liaise with corporate communications and Marketing team, as well as HQ teams including CSR, D&I, HR in communicating and carrying out new programs locally.

· Define and lead the team in tracking and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· You’re a senior employee communications professional with high-level of experience in a similar position, preferably within technology, video games or entertainment companies/agencies.

· You’re a strategic and critical thinker, you see the big pictures and can get hands-on with the details.

· You’re an excellent communicator with impeccable written, verbal, presenting and editing skills, also a storyteller and visual communicator with exceptional ability to build and deliver messages effectively.

· You have significant experience in working directly senior leaders and providing them with communications coaching.

· You have strong leadership skills with proven track record in developing a high-performing team.

· You posses strong ability to influence and build high-impact partnerships and collaborate with others at all levels of the company.

· You’re creative and inventive, have an eye for detail.

· You have a passion for Ubisoft’s mission.
