ERP/HRIS Integration Specialist

Job Description

Reporting to the Global ERP IS/IT Project Manager, our new Workday Integration Specialist will be part of the team in charge of Workday interfaces in Gameloft. The team member will be involved in maintenance of existing and development of new integrations to other applications and providing high level support to the internal customers on global level. Results oriented and obsessed with QoS, he/she will follow the highest standards of security.

Main challenges will include:

• Being involved in the build, test, deployment and maintenance of Workday global integration solutions;
• Responsible for design and build of Custom Reports;
• Working with split and international teams in order to deliver the reports, integrations and other configurations assigned by ERP IS/IT Project Manager;
• Analyze business requirements to design Workday reporting, configuration and integration solutions;
• Being responsible for Workday reports, integrations and technical Support in Gameloft;
• Collaborating with other support teams in order to provide the best quality of service at any time;
• Interacting with other workstreams on topics like reports, data loads, change management and project management
  

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year implementing integration solutions with ERP or HRIS software (Workday will be a strong advantage, but also PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise systems)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Finance or Business (but with a high level of technical and development skills) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• Experience in EDI, Web Services and APIs, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, or other integration technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
• Willingness to learn, excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Expert level in MS Office Applications
• Fluency in English
