EMEA Program manager – Digital entitlement M/F

Job Description
Within the EMEA Sales Department, this person will directly report to the EMEA Associate Director Digital Sales and will oversee key activation processes on all platforms. He/She will be coordinating with several teams involved and acting as a high tier support. The EMEA Activation Key codes coordinatorwill be establishing standards to improve the existing process as an expert position.
Missions:
Responsible for Keys Management, definition of its processes and optimization of tools associated
- Definition of the process and guidelines to the users (internal and external)
- Qualitative input on the tool development (interface, parameters, rules, automation…)
- Technical translation of our Business offers on PC platform (new releases, back-catalog)
- Coordination with production and certification teams regarding 1st Party keys (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Stadia)
- Contact and sourcing with 1st party (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Stadia)
- Project management around automation tools creation
Operational coordination with all the stakeholders
- Forecast and Order Management (Console and PC)
- Stock control of keys
- Responsible for the three planning phases (Beta end prelaunch, launch, post launch)
- Coordination with all internal clients regarding their needs (Marketing, PR, Trade, Manufacturing, CRC, Sales, QA….
Analysis and Reporting:
- Ensure the follow up, analysis, and reporting on all titles: conversion rate, key order ratio, used keys, recommendations
- Responsible of keys stock management for PC Digital Partners
- Worldwide Post mortem on the key activity (New releases, Global Activation Reports)
Qualifications
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Business or Marketing required.
- First experience in a Marketing & Sales department;
- Experience in the videogame industry or deep knowledge of the Industry
