Job Description

At Ubisoft's EMEA headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Asia), your main mission will be to manage a team of media managers who define the media strategy and lead the digital media campaigns for the EMEA zone.

More specifically, your missions will be the following:

Oversee Ubisoft's main brand pool’s media activity

• Define the media strategy in collaboration with the Brand Marketing teams. The media strategy includes: budget breakdown, distribution by channels, message orchestration, audience management and placement recommendation.

• Collaborate with the Data team and our media partners on the understanding and definition of our pool of audiences. .

• Define a reporting framework and KPIs to follow and optimize daily with the Data team

• Define media tests (new formats, new channels, new targeting, etc.) to be constantly in a test & learn process

• analyse campaign performance for optimization purposes

. Build a collaboration with our media agency allowing an ongoing growth of our knowledge of the media landscape, technological evolutions and media best practices

Define the strategy for digital media campaigns

• Work in collaboration with our trading desk and our internal Media Performance teams on setting up cross-channel online campaigns (programmatic, Facebook, Youtube, Twitch, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.)

• Monitor the results of ongoing campaigns daily to optimize our media KPIs

• Be in direct contact with key media partners for gaming (Twitch, Xbox, Playstation)

Be the main point of contact for the Ubisoft EMEA subsidiaries on media strategies

• Be in direct contact with our subsidiaries to ensure the media information flow throughout the area

• Monitor the consistency of the mix between central digital media investment and local media activations (mostly offline - TV, cinema, OOH, etc.) across the entire area

Monitor the setup of social media and search campaigns in collaboration with the Media Performance team

• Follow the implementation of social media campaigns on advertising interfaces (Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat for Business, etc.) and Search Marketing campaigns (Amazon Search, Google Search, Youtube Discovery Trueview), working in close collaboration with our Media Operation Specialists.

Qualifications

You hold a business school degree or equivalent, you have an experience of at least 6 years in a similar position with an international dimension, in the online media buying industry.

You have a good technical knowledge of Online Media tools: Adserver, DSP, Purchase Platforms (Google Ads, Business Manager, ...).

You are an expert in online marketing mechanics and advertising practices on the web. You are very rigorous, and comfortable with the manipulation of numbers and data. You hold a very strategic vision and are experienced with managing a team.

An interest in video games and the entertainment industry will be a plus to deliver strong value-added analysis and recommendations.

Prior management experience is preferred.

Finally, you are always informed of new trends in digital marketing, CRM and social media.

You speak English fluently.
