About the Role:
Twitch is looking for an experienced marketer to manage our marketing efforts to our enthusiastic audiences across UK & Ireland (UKI) bringing campaigns to market that delight millions of viewers and creators on Twitch. You will contribute to marketing strategies that are rooted in the culture and needs of our community and business.
You will create full funnel marketing campaigns, establish localised corporate narratives, lead on brand messaging, content and events strategies. You will work with a diverse group of teams, including Partnerships, Creative, Social Media, CRM, Data Science, Events, PR, BD and Sales. You will be an ideal fit if you live to organise, partner with others, and find efficiencies in the process. You have demonstrated track record of using data and insights to anchor your approach.
This is a contract role providing 12 months maternity cover and is based in London.
You Will:
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies and programmes rooted in product adoption, streamer-participation, and events
- Develop industry-leading relationships between Twitch and its creators and viewers in UKI to better understand their needs, motivations, challenges, and aspirations that translates to applicable marketing strategy
- Integrate with territory-specific teams such as the Partnerships and Sales teams to provide strategic localised marketing support
- Collaborate with other international marketing counterparts, including Global Product Marketing, Community Marketing and Events
- Oversee campaign calendars, workback timelines, and major milestones / delivery dates
- Project manage marketing campaigns, including channel planning and creative asset development, using project management tools and documents
- Support with the development and optimisation of marketing operations
- Lead the campaign reporting process, working with the Data Science team to build learning agendas, measurement plans and collate results summarising important insights
You Have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in UK&I
- Experience working with consumer/media/tech/gaming brands with diverse global audiences
- Passion and vision for supporting the Twitch community
- Multi-channel familiarity - experience creating and executing marketing strategies across a range of paid and owned channels
- Experience with insights and data, with experience translating these into building tailored campaigns
- Experience establishing new processes and operating models at a local level within a global business
- Excellent written (ie, storytelling, messaging, brand guidelines copy) and verbal skills amongst diverse groups of people
