EMEA Esports Associate Manager
PUBG corporation is developer and publisher of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS(PUBG). We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person to develop and manage our esports projects and operations for Europe and MENA region. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all esports related projects for EMEA in liaison with internal publishing departments as well as global entities. Furthermore, you will need to take responsibilities of coordinating with external esports organizers, producers, and all other related industrial parties to maximize PUBG esports impact for EMEA region in accordance with the global esports vision.

Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate various events from tech perspective
Manage all sorts of server operations including but not limited to online and offline
Be responsible for troubleshooting and reporting (tech related)
Monitor all live matches for first party events and any other event that is assigned
Prepare post-event tech reports for all relevant stakeholders
Work closely and coordinate communication with Esports Development Unit (EDU) and keep relevant stakeholders up to date
Work closely with Esports Coordinator(s), Esports Content Coordinator, Esports Content Manager and Head of Esports regarding the competitive scene by contributing to and assisting all operation functions
Main POC for data & product insight on compiling esports broadcast information, providing server capabilities and evaluating data
Distribute server access and keep track of the validity of accounts for all grassroots activities
Following, trying, and learning new updates from Content, Publishing, Communication EMEA Departments as well as Central Esports and sharing it to the team
Organise, plan and execute PUBG First party and Third-party related events in relation with the Esports Coordinator(s), Esports Content Coordinator, Esports Content Manager and Head of Esports
Act as a permanent bridge between potential sponsors and the pro teams, between the press and the pro players, or between partners who need to setup activities involving pro players and teams
Other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would enter the scope of the Employee’s qualifications

Qualifications
3+ Years Esports or Gaming Industry experience
Very good understanding of PUBG Corporations “PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS” phenomenon
Deep understanding of current PUBG Esports mechanics
Experience in handling server administration
Experience in arranging competitive events online and offline
Excellent team worker and self-motivator
Close attention to detail and high standards of work
Data minded and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Rich gaming experience and Battle Royale background
Following or actively participating in the Competitive scene in gaming/sports industry
Good understanding of the online games market
Tech enthusiast following the latest updates and trends in the gaming industry
Highly organized multitasker with endless passion even in heavy routine
Proven track of record arranging/executing Online and Offline events
Good understanding of games and geek culture
Understanding complexity under working in a globally diverse and multi-culture
Multilingual
