Well, obviously, we are looking for you! You are passionate about Sports, Lifestyle and Youth Culture and care deeply about driving sustainable change. And you have a high interest and experience in marketing. Diversity and Inclusion are not just concepts for you, but engrained in what you live and breathe every day. You don't need to be a gamer to excel in this position.

What you will work on

The pitch is yours as this is a newly formed position aiming to endeavour into new spaces.

You will create campaigns centered on women's football, diversity and inclusion in sports, female brand ambassadors and authentic good cause activations - all with a strong focus on the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.

One area of focus will be to find highly localized approaches for our global campaign moments that resonate in our territories and to come up with new campaigns and activations for the above mentioned markets.

Part of your remit will also be to foster a close relationship with our league (Bundesliga, FAs) and football club partners to develop diverse and inclusive strategies and campaigns.

This means all the way - from the first creative spark, to sketching out the idea, planning the campaign, leading the development of photo and video shoots, asset creation and overseeing the go-live, and of course analysing performance to increase the impact by providing recommendations afterwards.

Who you will work with

You'll be part of the GSA (Germany, Switzerland Austria) brand & partnerships marketing team, based in Cologne and report to the Sports Marketing Head for Central Europe, based in Geneva. You will closely partner with our global teams in North America such as Brand Management, Brand Creative, Strategy, Brand Product Management and Athlete Marketing teams.
