EA Brand Associate Program Manager

The Associate Brand PM will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations. You are someone who has worked as a Project Manager in an entertainment, film/digital production or advertising agency environment. Their main attributes are: team player, great collaborator, efficient, problem-solver , culturally engaged across the team with an inclusive approach and mindset.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the PM function at a Creative Ad Agency, Entertainment Company or an internal Creative Services department
• Experience taking projects from creation to execution
• Experienced managing multi-tiered projects including creative deliveries with broader PM experience
• Excellent coordinator skills - understanding of work-backs, flagging risks and opportunities, managing calendars and more
• Collaborator who works with all levels of seniority to bring projects to delivery
• Experience using project management tools and tech

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from creation to delivery end-to-end and support the PM and Operations Director on larger projects too
• Support team PM on weekly tracker and kick off meeting
• Set calendar appointments for milestones
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Maintain team processes such an onboarding, kick-off, the drive -- ensure content is updated
• Support traffic management of creative requests through to design team
• Run and facilitate happy hours and internal team connections to fuel a collaborative team culture
• Support Senior Director of Brand Operations on other needs for our team
