E-commerce Marketing Operations Manager, NCSA (maternity leave)

Job Description
The E-commerce Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all marketing & communications efforts, including branding & positioning, defining and coordinating all marketing plans and reports with cross-functional teams (Media, CRM, Web…). He is responsible for all assets and content, E-commerce adoption on all Ubisoft Brands and optimize traffic and conversion rate in order to increase revenues.This person will work closely with the E-Commerce Business team as well as all cross-functional team including but not limited to CRM, Digital, Media and Uplay.
What you’ll do
- Coordination with E-commerce business and Cross-functional team:
- Define content and promo strategy with the different stakeholders
- Improve process and maintain tools to optimize collaboration
- Leads cross-functional briefings and communicates efficiently to increase visibility and traffic
- Analyse and share best practices
- Brand positioning and marketing strategy:
- Work closely with both the Marketing and Communication Director as well as the Audience and Performance manager to deliver the best strategies and leads campaign’s executions
- Align all strategies and communications with your EMEA counter-part
- Develop branding, positioning and styleguides
- Build our brand platform accordingly to the ecommerce and global corporate strategy in respect of products communication platforms ;
- Roll-out our loyalty program ;
- Be the evangelist of this vision and Store brand interest
- Validates and supervises the Store’s brand content and quality
- Management of Customer Experience :
- Develop our brands awareness by creating or taking advantage of existing brand content, and by building a real content approach.
- Ensure a smooth integration of the different actions to the brands communication plans and guarantee dedicated integration in the various product communication plans.
- Develop customer care activities and communications
- Increase customer engagement and brand advocacy by deploying user-generated content, relationship with the studios, as part of a strong relational program.
- Propose personalized experience to our consumers.
- Participate to offer definition and improvements
- Keep track of the Ubisoft customer experience and participate to its optimization/improvements
- Traffic and conversion optimization in collaboration with the Audience and Performance Manager
- Coordinate with Digital, CRM, Media and prod teams to take advantage of pulse points, drive traffic to the store as the final destination ;
- Develop campaigns on performance basis based on brand segmentation. Generalize A/B
- Participate actively to analysis and benchmarking to implement best practices
- Advocacy & lobbying
- Promote a culture of customer advocacy
- Convince our internal partners (marketing, studios) to bring the sharpest offers on our channel ;
- Make sure the ecommerce channel is always integrated to campaigns.
- Work closely with all cross-functional teams to leverage opportunities and optimize each traffic sources
- Management
- Manage workload and quality of deliverables

Qualifications
What you bring
- BAC in marketing, administration or equivalent
- you have at least a 6-8 years’ of ecommerce or relevant experience that allowed you to develop top knowledge of your customers, brands and markets.
- You are able to think creatively and innovatively, always willing to create memorable customer experiences.
- Customer centric, you are good at collaboration, and excellent at communication.
- Demanding on quality of all deliveries (analysis, reports, etc.), you are rigorous, analytical and data-oriented (use data to make decisions) and willing to have a revenue-driven marketing activity.
- You excel at coordinating multiple projects with multiple contacts and keep everyone aligned and collaborative
- You like to navigate in a fast-paced environment and have an experience in managing cross-channel activities.
- You are at ease with CRM activities, social media and mobile usage and marketing understanding.
- A fluent English level is essential for this position.
