What We Need
In this highly collaborative role, you will help build, launch, and guide initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within 2K. You will develop programs that span all geographies and work to understand regional needs and deliver region-specific programs.
This role will help educate every member of the 2K family about diversity and inclusion while providing opportunities for members to participate in diversity and inclusion activities throughout the year to support our overall diversity and inclusion strategy. This role reports to the Director of Inclusion and Diversity and is a Human Resources team member.
What You Will Do
- Continually work with the HR Business Partner community to build and refine programs and processes with diverse, inclusion, and belonging lenses.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with our Employee Resource Group ERG) coleads to align on critical cultural moments, gather valuable input on global initiatives, and maintain a global view of planned activities to ensure consistency and coordination.
- Facilitate and support execution of internal programs focused on cultivating partnerships to create new diverse talent pools • Help deliver diversity and inclusion training, including management of vendors/consultants
- Help inform on Talent Programs designed to accelerate the promotion of underrepresented talent
- Work with HR and Recruiting teams to help incorporate diversity goals into the overall HR strategy
- Guide strategy for diversity and inclusion social media postings
- Conduct organizational assessments to determine focus area for diversity and inclusion initiatives
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit
- 2-5 years of organizational experience with at least two years’ experience focused on executing diversity and inclusion programs as described in the job responsibilities
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges in a 'hyper-growth environment including how to scale programs for the future
- Experience leading and executing programs that drive change
- Experience with influencing, relationship building, and communicating cross-functionally
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and proposals to engage, motivate and influence team, peers, and leaders • Ability to span between strategic and tactical
- Demonstrable track record of working autonomously and driving progress • A highly collaborative approach
