At Ubisoft's International Headquarter, you will join the Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Experience team, which ensures to develop what makes Ubisoft a company that takes care of its teams: diversity and inclusion, behaviors, working conditions & environment, social policies...
Driven by employees' needs in France and in collaboration with HR and a multitude of internal partners, the team of Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Experience plays a cross-functional role in advising and leading projects for all Ubisoft's France HR teams. It also implements projects and processes that will make Ubisoft a key player on the JV & Tech stage.
Within this team of 3 people and under the responsibility of the manager of the team, you will be involved in all projects. More precisely, you will:
1. Design and deploy content, tools and projects on Diversity & Inclusion topics in France:
- Construction of guidelines, learning contents and workshops in collaboration with various Ubisoft teams in order to integrate D&I issues into practices (gender equality plans, review of HR processes, training for HR populations, etc.);
- Co-organisation of D&I awareness events for entities in France (Diversity and Inclusion Week, International Women's Rights Day, Pride Month...);
- Deployment of new projects to push forward the Diversity of Origins topic;
- Strengthening of gender equality actions to attract, retain and develop women's talent at Ubisoft.
2. Support and monitor the in-depth D&I change at Ubisoft in France:
- Animation of the Learning and D&I HR Communities in France;
- Supporting the Employee Resource Groups on the gender and origins perimeters.
3. Contribute to the improvement of the working conditions quality at Ubisoft in France:
- Identification of priority areas for the prevention of psychosocial risks and support for the improvement of the prevention plan;
- Monitoring of the training plan and the deployment of the prevention plan in support of the HR teams on psychosocial risks.
Finally, you take part in the team's various continuous improvement projects (collaboration, communication, organisation).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in implementing initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion topics. Above all, we are looking for a profile that is flexible, pedagogical and able to deal with fast-moving issues in a decentralized organisation and with a wide range of stakeholders.

- You have excellent relationship skills, a strong sense of organisation and rigour, and you know how to prioritise and manage different projects and numerous stakeholders. You also enjoy leading working groups and are able to adopt an advisory role.
- You have a strong taste for writing content (guides, communications).
- A fluent level of English is required, both written and spoken.
- You are constantly keeping an eye on the market (conferences, articles, peers) in order to maintain your expertise and to always be up-to-date on D&I topics.
- Finally, you like to share your favourite series, podcasts, or videos and discover new cultural horizons every day: in this team, we share every day!
