Director of Sponsorship Sales, Loaded

Loaded is in pursuit of a Director of Sponsorship Sales for its growing influencer sales business who can leverage their expansive relationship network among blue chip, non-endemic agencies and brands (specifically those marketing towards the young male demographic), and transition those relationships to leverage Loaded’s roster of gaming talent for new revenue streams across sponsorships and activations.

On any given day, you might...

• Identify and solicit sponsorship business from inside and outside existing network
• Attend industry events to network, evangelize, and on-board new potential business
• Listen to potential clients, identify their needs/KPIs, and assess likelihood of our potential to create partnerships which will satisfy all involved parties (Loaded, talent, brand)
• Ideate and present forward thinking sponsorship solutions to brands and close their business
• Oversee contract creation and execution
• Maintain relationships and (passively) oversee account fulfillment targeting additional sales and strong renewals

Ideally, you have...

• Tolkien-esque written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 8+ years of work experience in sales (sponsorships preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of CRM software, such as Pipedrive and Salesforce
• Prior experience as a Sales Director or other relevant role
