Job Description
The Security & Risk Management Team – SRM, is a global team covering different scopes and spheres of security from our games, to securing our cloud environments to making sure our employees use our technological environments safely.
As Director of Security Operations, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the members of the Security Operations Center, the Ethical hacking team, the Vulnerability management team, and the Information Security Specialists team, ensuring smooth operations within Ubisoft.
You will have responsibility for information security operations which includes 3rd party security assessments, ticket management and risk assessments.
You’ll also oversee red teaming exercises, detection and monitoring operations, incident response operations, threat hunting and intelligence operations, patch management and bug bounty program management.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the Security Operations Teams;
- Support and carry out the strategic vision of the department while defining your team's roadmap and objectives for the next 3-5 years including priorities, and timelines;
- Optimize and anticipate the technical demands made by team members;
- Drive a culture of trust, empowerment, and inclusive open communications;
- Manage day-to-day security operations, cyber intelligence monitoring, and threat analysis;
- Ensure the periodic security testing and reviews execution and promptly remediate any findings;
- Ensure the development of the bug bounty program currently in place;
- Drive automation within the teams to optimize efficiency;
- Hire, mentor, develop and maintain talent in your teams;
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise as security professional as well as in managing large teams;
- An innovative and proactive approach - adaptable to new technologies, challenges and trends while creating creative solutions to fit an ever-evolving environment;
- Able to build strong relationships through your diplomatic mindset and communicate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, including business leaders, operational staff and technical engineers, and external stakeholders;
- Quality and result oriented;
- Bilingualism French and English both orally and in writing.
