Director of Security Business Operations – Technical Delivery Management

Essential Job Functions:
- Operational Planning & Management – Manages enterprise strategic planning.
- Objectives and Key Results Management – Oversees objectives, goals, execution plans, and measure successes.
- Technical Delivery Management – Leads Agile Transformation & Portfolio, Program, and Project Delivery responsibilities.

- Security Dashboard and Reports - Drives Metrics & Reporting.

- Annual Security Tabletop Exercise Program.
Toolset Knowledge Requirements
- Expert knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, and developing reporting dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
Framework Knowledge Requirements
- Strong knowledge in NIST CSF or CIS Top 18 CSCs.
- Understanding of GRC or general Risk frameworks.
- Expert in Agile, Scrum, OKR, and any PM Frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Leadership strategies into Operational plan and Objectives & Key Results.
- Develop overall vision, strategy and structure for the Technical Delivery Management (TDM) team
- Lead the TDM team with an Agile focus on collaboration, efficiency, and deliver values continuously.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and key initiatives.
- Manages the PMO functions across the Security Pillars’ roadmap.
- Define and continually improve project management standards, framework, and tools for project delivery and management and ensure all projects are successfully completed.
- Establish Project Management key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs and projects.
- Present project proposals, progress reports, and recommendations to the highest levels in the organization.
- Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate technical sessions and perform mentoring for less senior team members.
- Foster an inclusive and multi-culture working environment to encourage team thinking and creativity.
- Level up the TDM team through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure resource planning for the successful delivery of key organizational projects.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Certification in PMP or PSM is strongly desired.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Minimum 10 years of continuous experience as an IT engineer or Technical Project Lead.
- Minimum 5 years of people manager experience.
- Technical knowledge of IT or Security environment and framework is a must.
- Expert in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks will be necessary.
- Thoroughly understand SDLC and DevOps concepts and practices.
