Director of Productivity and Collaboration

Summary

What You'll Do

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide collaborative leadership and hands-on administration related to productivity and collaboration tools
• Jira - Lead Jira administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports configurations.
• Lead evaluation, installation, and administration of Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions with support from system admin
• Confluence - Lead Confluence Governance, migration to centralized instance, evaluation, installation, and administration of Confluence add-ons, plugins, and extensions
• Slack – Guide the governance committee through decisions to build a scalable and optimized Slack Grid instance and oversee direct reports to action on decisions (integrations, security policies, and records retention) and ensure service is meeting the expectations of our businesses

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as Jira Administrator with experience in upgrading/migrating Jira instances
• 4+ years of hands-on Slack Grid Administration experience,
• Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools i.e. Python, PowerShell, Java Script, etc
• Experience using Slack developer tools, SDKs, APIs and data exchanges
• Experience developing and implementing Slack workflows
• Demonstrated experience with administering Slack, including creating workspaces, workflows and integrating with applications
• Experience in Gaming, entertainment, or software development
• Motivated, focused, results-oriented and a team player
• Successful track record in working on multi-functional, cross-team projects

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience customizing Jira projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
• Experience migrating independent Slack, Jira and Confluence instances to a central system
• Slack Admin or Slack Developer Certifications preferred with strong Python capability
