Duties:
- Using data driven product design to perform data analysis and study consumer/user behavior to make constant Feature and Content enhancements to the games.
- Analyze different sources (Organic and Inorganic) for customer acquisition, evaluate different vendors and decide on Ad spend, based on projected Life Time Value (LTV) of players.
- Conduct detailed segmentation and using targeting techniques such as A/B and multivariate testing and analytics to enhance performance of the customer purchasing functions of our games to maximize revenues and calibrate in-game marketing activities.
- Manage our games’ P&L while executing a plan for consistent profit growth and cost reductions.
- Perform testing and evaluation of in-app purchasing systems and modules on a regular and ongoing basis, particularly our virtual goods, to maintain quality, profitability, and competitiveness in the market.
- Review design specs and processes; identify problems; and prototype solutions to strengthen overall game design as a vital product of the company.
- Build multiple teams of Product Managers, Data Analysts, Content Managers, Game Designers, Artists and Engineers to set goals and lead successful existing games and launch new and innovative products. Develop processes for training and mentoring of newly hired team members and participate in developing the company's growth strategy.
- Identify needs for predictive tools such as Linear and Logistic Regression models, using current data to forecast future engagement and monetization opportunities.
- Calibrate Ad spend and user acquisition activities to maximize Returns On Investment (ROI).
- Develop analytical frameworks with tools like Vertica and Tableau to answer real-time data capturing and visualization needs be used for data analysis of in-app purchases to ensure constant optimization of game features and user experience.
- Identify, test, and measure highest-impact product changes to drive positive revenue, reach and retention.
- Design and build tools for purposes of analyzing game metrics and data and forecasting game revenues and purchasing patterns. Evaluate data modeling capabilities and test applicable theories to shape feature and content designs.
- Create and implement big data features, utilizing the latest in information retrieval and natural language processing and Machine Learning technology.
- Build user protocols for extracting and integrating new data sources and systems, as well as new modes of data acquisition, data modeling, data mining and retrieval.
Requirements :
Master’s degree , or its equivalent, in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field, plus eight (8) years ofproduct management or related experience with : developing and launching free-to-play mobile games; quantitative analysis; A/B and multivariate testing in web or mobile products; data driven product design and decision making to inform marketing tactics and game development decisions; managing product marketing activities (such as creating product forecasts and creating roadmap for development and marketing of products); planning game launches and ongoing marketing promotions.
