Director of Organic growth

Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

SciPlay is looking for an experienced director of organic growth to lead our Organic Marketing team. In this position, you will lead a team that is responsible for growing SciPlay’s Apps’ organic visibility within the different app stores and web browsers, as well as conducting Search engine optimization for our corporate and games sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, and if needed adjust Sciplay’s global organic growth roadmap
• Synchronize with additional marketing business units to contribute to department growth
• Spearhead internal projects with massive impact
• Manage a team of highly proficient ASO/SEO managers
• Report directly to VP growth
• Coordinate with our global game studios and carry out mutual initiatives and gap analysis
• Utilize external market intelligence and competitive analysis tools
• Own the creative process for optimizing and testing store graphic assets to increase CR
• Create coherent content briefs based on your research to guide the content writers
• Monitor Search rankings and spot trends
• Communicate our organic growth strategy to execs in monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Monitor the games’ KPI’s that are influencing organic growth

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience in ASO, SEO or SEM.
• A natural leader looking to make their mark in a publicly traded company
• Managerial experience and knowing how to motivate their team
• Analytical minded with the ability to spot patterns and trends
• A creative thinker and a quick learner
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills, fluent English - both verbal and written – a must!
• Strong background in Excel, statistical knowledge and/or Tableau is appreciated
• Knowledge in paid user acquisition and retargeting – an advantage
